Gales Property Management runs serviced accommodation for owners across Chester, Ellesmere Port and Warrington. We are based in Saltney Ferry on the edge of Chester, and every property we look after is within driving distance of it — which is the point. When a guest locks themselves out or a boiler goes at seven on a Sunday, someone who knows the house is twenty minutes away.

We are not a franchise and we do not take on properties we cannot service properly. The owner keeps the property in their own name and pays the bills exactly as before. We handle the setup, the listings, the pricing, the guests, the cleaning and the maintenance, and send a statement and a payment on the same date every month.
